About Pacific RDF
Pacific RDF connects agencies and field teams with portable 406 MHz beacon-location and 121.5 MHz direction-finding systems, supported by clear briefings, basic equipment training, and long-term customer relationships.
Co-Founder
Joseph leads agency briefings, product demonstrations, equipment familiarization, and customer support. He is a Civil Air Patrol member and NASAR member with a background in aviation, emergency services, and field operations across the Hawaiian Islands, and has completed Inland SAR Planning.
Co-Founder
Shoko leads Pacific RDF’s international relationships and partner development across the Pacific and Asia. Having traveled extensively, she brings a broad international perspective and an understanding of diverse cultures and markets. Her network includes contacts in Japan, Singapore, and Bali, supporting regional communication, market development, and long-term distribution partnerships.
Guardian Rescue manufactures, configures, tests, warranties, and ships the equipment. Pacific RDF handles product selection, agency briefings, demonstrations, basic training, sales coordination, and customer support.
