Launch training is intentionally focused on understanding and safely operating the equipment.
What is included
- System setup and component identification
- Battery, charging, storage, and equipment checks
- App setup and basic Overwatch406 operation
- Reading displays and basic signal interpretation
- Basic troubleshooting
- After Action Review features where applicable
Training boundary
Pacific RDF training does not replace an agency’s SAR qualification, navigation program, mission-management training, or internal operating procedures.
